Ube-bae

The taste of royalty.

Ube is a purple yam from the Philippines. It's been used for hundreds of years in Filipino desserts like ube halaya (jam) and ice cream. We first discovered it at Matcha Fest in Chicago while researching our now-famous Mmm Matcha brownies. We decided to bring this unique tradition into our brownies with a twist.
