The Love of Brownies, & Smiles

Bibi’s Brownies is built on a rich heritage from South Africa, centered on the enduring values of faith, family, and fellowship. Inspired by her father’s gift for uniting people, Bibi founded this bakery with the belief that sharing treats is a true act of kindness. Growing up, she saw baking as more than a skill, it was a way to provide comfort, honor friendships, and foster genuine connections.

After graduating college in South Africa and working in corporate for a couple of years, Bibi carried those heartfelt traditions and recipes across the globe to her new home in The United States. Together with her husband Brian, she moved from Illinois to Southern Wisconsin and started a family. Two years later, they registered Bibi’s Brownies LLC and have been baking brownies ever since. They are driven by serving the Lord and impacting the world positively.

Whether they are greeting neighbors in Janesville WI, or shipping boxes straight to your home, they have become a local favorite for premium, hand-crafted brownies.
